Yes, peanuts are technically a legume, but we almost never eat them like the above varieties, so find them over in Nuts & Seeds (coming soon!). Sorry.  

Legumes come in all shapes, sizes and preparations: fresh, frozen, dried and canned, for a start.  We'll probably be dividing the recipes here into Fresh and Frozen (sugar snap peas, green beans, snow peas, English peas, etc) and Dried and Canned (black beans, chickpeas, white beans, pinto beans, etc.).
