We're here to make your life more delicious and creative and help you stop throwing out food. Thanks for joining us on our mission to reduce food waste!
Do you tend to waste raw meat? It's generally the most expensive item that people buy, so typically we plan around it and make sure it doesn't go to waste. If you find yourself throwing out meat, I'd love to hear from you! Write and tell me what you're throwing out and we'll come up with some recipes just for you.
Leftovers with meat though...another story. Many simply prepared meat dishes (think cooked chicken, ground meat, roast pork, etc) can be repurposed into one of the recipes below. Add meatballs to your grain bowl. Shred leftover chicken breasts and add to your quesadilla. Put sausage crumbles on top of a savory tart. The mac & cheese pictured below has leftover pulled pork in it. Repurposing leftovers into a totally different meal is a great way to keep dinner interesting and make sure no meat goes to waste.
